The 2010 event will take place on Friday 7 May & Saturday 8 May at Brockenhurst College Guest Speaker: Dr Krish Kandiah (UKEA) Krish is Executive Director: Churches in Mission for the UK Evanglical Alliance. He is a popular speaker at conventions, missions and churches, including Spring Harvest and university missions. He is married with 4 young children. LETTING THE SPIRIT OF GOD IGNITE YOUR CHURCH FOR MISSION Friday 8.00 – 9.30 pm THE GOSPEL IS BIGGER THAN YOU THINK (Rev 21) Have we got the gospel right? Discover what happens when we take onboard the full extent of the good news and how it can transform not just your life but the whole world. Saturday 10.00 – 11.45 am SQUARE MILE BUILDING 4 DIMENSIONAL CHURCHES (Luke 4) This session will be packed full of practical examples and biblical teaching. Through powerful, suprising and inspiring stories from around the UK, find out how people and churches are transforming their communities with the gospel. Saturday 12.15 – 1.15 pm TRANSFORMATIONAL MINISTRY An interactive session as we discuss the challenges facing leaders in all areas of church life today. Saturday 7.30 – 9.30 pm PLAY IT FORWARD - THE CONTAGIOUS GRACE OF GOD (John 20:19-23) Where do we go from here? Recapture the passion of God as we look at Jesus' commissioning of his first disciples and its implications for the whole of life. WORSHIP The worship this year will be led by John Risbridger, Minister and Team Leader in Above Bar Church, Southampton. CHILDREN An exciting children’s event will be running alongside the adult teaching sessions on Saturday morning, For children in years R-6 and below there will be a fun-packed children's ministry. For those in years 7-9 'The Lounge' will offer a place to chill, chat and game. A creche will be provided for pre-school. YOUTH In the evening there will a youth event for those in Y7 – Y11 at 7.30pm where young people from across the Forest will be able will be able to connect up to enjoy games, worship, discussion and more... COST The cost for the whole event is £10 is pre-booked by 19th April, £15 thereafter. Individual sessions are £5 payable at the door. The charge for the evening youth event will be £3. VENUE: Brockenhurst College Forest Fire is being held at Brockenhurst College which is located on the main Lyndhurst to Lymington Road (A337). There will be ample parking.
